To perform in the best possible way, we must understand the needs of our stakeholders
The purpose of Hiab’s engagement with stakeholders is to understand their needs and
expectations. Stakeholder engagement enables us to identify opportunities to create value and provide input for setting our sustainability targets. Integrity, fairness, confidentiality and compliance with stock exchange rules guide all our communications.
Hiab’s key stakeholders include customers, employees, suppliers and investors. We identify these key stakeholders based on both their potential influence on Hiab and Hiab’s potential impact on them. Other important stakeholder groups include authorities, research and educational institutions, industry associations, local communities and the media.

Personnel
We prioritize employee wellbeing and development. We foster a culture of safety, diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity, and provide resources for continuous learning. Open communication between managers and their team members is facilitated through regular discussions, town halls and personnel meetings.

Customers
We work closely with our customers to help them improve the sustainability of their operations with our eco portfolio solutions. We actively seek their feedback through meetings, surveys, newsletters and social media to further develop our offering and better meet their needs.

Suppliers
Our suppliers as key partners in our sustainability work. We work together with them to achieve our business and sustainability goals and help our suppliers improve their sustainability performance. Engagement with our strategic suppliers aims to develop mutually beneficial long-term relationships, greater levels of innovation and competitive advantage.

Investors
We engage with our investors in events and meetings that enhance mutual dialogue. Hiab’s Investor Relations aims to ensure that all market participants have correct and sufficient information at all times to support a fair valuation of Hiab’s shares.
