Meet Sarah, Operations Director

Sarah is the Operations Director in Dundalk, Ireland. Since joining the company in 2008, she has built a diverse career across engineering and project management before stepping into her current role.

Her day typically begins on the factory floor, connecting with team members to get a pulse on the day’s operations. This is followed by the daily management meeting, where the team evaluates performance through the SQDIP framework (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity)—always keeping safety as the number one priority.

"What I love about this job is the variety. While my mornings are structured, the rest of the day can involve anything from solving supply chain hurdles to collaborating with engineering on process improvements. My work ranges from tackling immediate concerns to developing strategic plans for the next five years."

Sarah is a firm believer in the power of working together. She finds it inspiring to see a team align toward a common goal, uniting to overcome obstacles and deliver exceptional results.
