Meet Jeferson, Supply Chain

Jeferson is the Supply Chain Manager at the factory in Santo Antônio da Patrulha, Brazil. During his time at Hiab, he has built broad experience across both logistics and purchasing, before stepping into his current role.

In his role, he leads the purchasing, production planning and control, warehouse, and shipping teams. Working closely with a strong and collaborative team, they have achieved consistent positive results together over the years.

“A typical day starts early, around 7:00 a.m. Mornings are often dedicated to strategic meetings with different departments, and throughout the day I work closely with my team to carry out planned activities, aiming to achieve both our local and global targets. I usually say that professionals in logistics and procurement enjoy dynamic days—things are constantly changing, sometimes even within the same day.”

According to Jeferson, what makes working at Hiab especially rewarding is the strong team spirit, the willingness colleagues have to support one another, and the opportunities the company provides for employees to grow and develop internally.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active.

“In my free time, I usually spend time with my fiancée, family, or friends, whether traveling to discover new places or simply relaxing at home. I also play soccer with friends—a sport I have practiced for many years—which I enjoy as a way to relax and support my well-being.”
