Hiab's Graduate Programmes
In January 2023 we rolled out our first 15-month R&D graduate programme, focusing on R&D projects across different Hiab sites. The programme offered a deep dive into our organisation, unveiling the innovative environment and collaborative partnerships that define us.
The graduates didn't just learn about technology—they applied it through initiatives tailored to their profiles. They were part of pioneering projects that not only broadened their insights but also made a significant impact on Hiab and our sustainability efforts.
Beyond the hands-on work, the program was rich with opportunities for personal growth. Graduates participated in different development sessions and were guided by dedicated mentors, equipping them with the tools to excel and build a world-class professional network.
The team traveled to various sites, participated in exciting events, and visited our customers and partners, creating unforgettable memories and forging strong connections.
