About the Programme
Starting in September 2026, the programme features:
- 1 year in a core commercial role to establish key commercial capabilities.
- 6 months in Supply Chain or Services for diverse operational insight.
- 6 months in a supporting function like Finance, Sourcing, Pricing, HR, Marketing & Communications, Product Management, or Strategy.
- At least one rotation within Europe is mandatory, offering international exposure and experience.
- Mentoring from a senior leader within the organisation.

Our recruitment process
Step 1. Application and screening
Submit your application, including your CV and cover letter. We will carefully review your background, motivation, and potential alignment with the programme.
Step 2. Online interview
Candidates who move forward will be invited to an online interview, where we will explore your experience, career aspirations, and suitability for the graduate programme.
Step 3. Online assessments
Selected candidates will be invited to complete psychometric assessments to provide insight into cognitive abilities and behavioural preferences.
Step 4. Assessment day in Helsinki
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a full-day, in-person assessment at our headquarters in Helsinki.
Step 5. Final selection
Following the assessment day, final decisions will be made and offers extended to selected candidates.
